Enterprise asks all passengers to please remember to collect your baggage at Sky Harbor Airport’s baggage claim area before you head towards the Rental Car Center.

Once you have received your luggage you can proceed to the consolidated facility for all rental car customers. You will find signs that will guide you outside the terminal where you will find shuttle buses, which will take you to the Car Rental Center. When you get there, please continue to the Enterprise car rental service counter for further personal assistance.

At this location, all customers have the opportunity to use the self-service kiosks. Here you can, quick and easy, make your rental transaction so you can get on the road and start exploring the city.

You are allowed to have additional drivers for each rental vehicle. However, be aware that any additional drivers have to meet the same rental qualifications as the primary driver/renter. Any extra drivers of the rental need to show up at the rental counter together with the primary driver. Please note, that there will be an additional charge of $10 per day for each additional driver.

Returning your rented vehicle

When you wish to return your rental at Sky Harbor Airport, you simply have to follow the signs for Rental Cars Facilities at PHX. Here you will find the signs for the Enterprise car rental station where you can return your vehicle.
