DOLLAR Car Rental at Phoenix Airport

Once you have received your luggage from the baggage claim area at the Sky Harbor Airport, you will need to find your way to the shuttle buses. This is easily done by following the signs outside each terminal to the Rental Car Center at PHX. The designated shuttle buses will take you to the Rental Car Center within a few minutes.

When renting your vehicle from Dollar you are offered a wide selection of extra types of equipment that you can include in your rental agreement. The extra equipment can include anything from child safety seats, ski racks, to GPS systems. Please, be aware that this is all optional equipment and you will have to pay an additional fee for each extra item you would like to rent.

Rented vehicles at Sky Harbor Airport can be driven throughout the entire United States and Canada without any restrictions. Rental cars from this location are not allowed into Mexico.

Returning your rented vehicle

At Sky Harbor Airport, you can return your rented vehicle at the same location as you picked it up. Please follow the signs for Rental Cars Facilities at PHX. Here you will find the signs for the Dollar car rental station. Following, a shuttle bus will take you back to the passenger terminals.
