Please proceed to the Avis counter for a quick visit to get your agreement sorted. Then you can pick up your rental car and are ready to hit the road.

Helpful information when using Avis Car Rental at Phoenix Airport

If you are a Preferred Customer of Avis, you can simply use the Avis app to look up the parking space number for your selected rented vehicle. This will speed up your further journey. By using the Avis App, you also get to choose your own vehicle upon arrival, have the opportunity to make, update and cancel a reservation, and much more.

Returning your rented vehicle

All customers can find the Avis returning lot at Phoenix Airport located at 1805 E. Sky Harbor Circle South, Phoenix. You will find signs pointing to the Rental Car Center. As you arrive, please look for the Avis return lot. When you are finished with your return, a shuttle bus will take you back to the terminals.

Please be aware that between the hours of midnight and 6 am, the main AVIS counter is closed. For assistance during late hours, go to the Avis Preferred booth, which can be found on level one of the Rental Car Center.
