BUDGET Car Rental at Phoenix Airport

When arriving at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport you should head toward the baggage claim area and collect your baggage before continuing. When you have received your luggage, please follow the sign to the common rental car company shuttle at the curb right outside each of the terminals. The shuttle bus will bring you to the Rental Car Center at PHX where all customers can find the Budget car rental counter.

Helpful information when using Budget Car Rental at Sky Harbor Airport

You have to be at least 21 years old, in order to rent a car from your Budget agency at Sky Harbor Airport. You need to be able to show a valid credit card and driver’s license.

Please note that all customers between the ages of 21 to 24 will automatically be applied an additional charge of $27 per day. There will also be restrictions on renting certain vehicles for this age group. None of these conditions applies for renters aged 25 or older.

Returning your rented vehicle

Once you are ready to return your rental car, please find your way to Sky Harbor car rental returns, which are at the PHX Rental Car Center. The Rental Car Center is located at 1805 E Sky Harbor Circle South, Phoenix, AZ. Here you can return your PHX car rental and contract to a Budget employee. Afterward, the shuttle bus will take you back to your airport terminal for your return flight.
