ALAMO Car Rental at Phoenix Airport

You will find a member of staff ready to assist you at the Alamo rental station counter at Sky Harbor Airport. The service counter in place within the Rental Car Center at the airport.

Please pick up your baggage from the baggage claim area before heading towards the Rental Car Center. Once you have collected your baggage, please exit the baggage claim area and follow the signs to the shuttle bus pick-up area, located outside each terminal. This bus will take you to the Rental Car Center.

Alamo asks passengers to please proceed to the counter to receive their rental agreement.

Online check-in option

Alamo offers an online check-in option that can save you some time when arriving at the Alamo rental car counter. If you check-in online, you will already have your preferences and driver information ready in the system, at the time you get to the counter. This will make it faster for the Alamo staff to finish your rental agreement.

Take advantage of the Self-Service Kiosk

Furthermore, you can also skip the rental counter lines and save even more time. This can be done by a direct check-in using Alamo's touch-screen kiosk. You will just have to check-in using the kiosk. Afterward, you receive a printed receipt-sized rental agreement and be given instructions for your rental car on the parking lot.

At the exit booth, you simply have to show the counter agent your driver’s license and rental agreement and you are ready to hit the road.

Returning your rented vehicle

When you want to return your rented vehicle at Sky Harbor Airport, simply follow the signs to the Rental Car Center where you will find the return counter.
